Return & Exchange Policy

Place a Return or Exchange Request by calling us at +971-56-511-6509 or dropping us an email at support@terea.ae within 5 days of receiving your order within UAE. All UAE and/or international Return & Exchange requests are only entertained for 5 working days after delivery of the order.

No Return or Exchange request (within UAE or worldwide) will be entertained after 5 days of the order delivery date.

It generally takes us 24-48 hours to process a return or exchange request. Refunds can take between 3-7 days to be processed, depending on your method of payment.

*Please note that any and all items bought under offer / sale / discount will not be eligible for Refund. They can only be Returned Against Store Credit or Exchanged with item of the same or higher price.

Multiple Returns or Exchanges on the same order within UAE are subject to charges (as per applicable distance).
