About Palm Jumeirah

Palm Jumeirah is reached by a single trunk road that splits into fronds and an outer crescent. Because each frond is a separate gated street, the frond letter is as important as the villa number.

Where we deliver in Palm Jumeirah

Coverage in Palm Jumeirah takes in the crescent hotels, the frond villas and the apartments on the trunk. Hotel and resort guests should give the property name, the room number and the name on the booking.

TEREA sticks

All TEREA sticks work only with IQOS ILUMA devices. The catalogue is organised by origin so that the version you know is easy to find.

A few to look at: TEREA Warm Regular Japan, TEREA Yellow Menthol japan, TEREA Oasis Pearl japan. The full list is under all TEREA flavours, and the TEREA flavours guide explains the range.

• TEREA Japan
• TEREA Indonesia
• TEREA Kazakhstan
• TEREA Kyrgyzstan
• TEREA Swiss
• TEREA UAE
• TEREA Uzbekistan

IQOS ILUMA i devices

IQOS ILUMA i is the newer ILUMA generation. It heats TEREA sticks by induction with no blade, and it comes in three formats.

• ILUMA i ONE: all-in-one device with a built-in battery, for example ILUMA One WE MID LIMITED EDTION.
• ILUMA i: holder with a pocket charger, for example Iluma I Standard Terracotta (Orange).
• ILUMA i PRIME: holder with a pocket charger and a premium finish, for example Iluma I Prime Blue.

Earlier models are under IQOS ILUMA devices, and our device guide compares them.
